Happy Hump Day!

I'm writing this post at 4am, at work, doing everything in my power to stay alive and function at work. 3 more hours to go. I just made myself a coffee and grabbed a delicious red velvet cupcake from the break room. I love the kind of jobs that spoil their employees with delicious snacks. Keep it coming.

I haven't been sleeping very well this week. I think I've been stressing over the move, as we prepare to move to Atlanta this weekend. My brain's been functioning extra hard this week, trying to make mental notes of what we need to put into storage, what we need to keep out, what we need to take, what we'll get rid of. Just a minor case of OCD setting in. I'm a worry wart.

We'll have our work cut out for us this move. I think I'm also a little stressed because we're going into this move blind, with no plans at the moment. We haven't secured jobs there yet, which I know won't be hard to find, but it's still stressful none the less. We'll be staying with family until we can get back up on our feet, so we're very thankful for that, but we're down to 1 car now so we're trying to adjust and figure out how we'll make that work.

On a differernt note, my binge watching game has been on point this week. I'm officially caught up on The Voice, This is Us, How to Get Away With Murder, Greys Anatomy, So You Think You Can Dance (season finale was so adorbs!), and...I think that's it. It's a full-time job keeping up with TV. Thank goodness for Hulu.

I loved Nadine's post about My Year in Five Pictures, so I thought I'd do a recap as well.

In February, Zac surprised me with a weekend road-trip to Orlando to Universal Studios. We celebrated my birthday and had a great time visiting the park for the first time. We had so much fun, he's been talking about going again ever since! He seriously talks about it every month. With his birthday coming up next month, I'd love to take him, but we'll have to see if we can work it out financially.

In April, we met up with our friends from Kansas to celebrate their bachelor and bachelorette parties. They tied the knot just a couple weeks ago, but we had so much fun in Vegas. That was my first trip to Vegas with a big group, so we'll definitely have to get everyone together again some day for round 2.

That same weekend, Zac and I decided to stay an extra day in Vegas and rent a convertible. We drove through the desert, to the Hoover Dam, and all the way to Barstow, CA, just in a 24 hour period.

In July, we took a spontaneous weekend road trip to Nashville with my parents. This was Zac's first time to Nashville. We explored downtown Nashville, stopped by Draper James & Sprinkles, had dinner at the Hard Rock Cafe.

Most recently, we kicked off another season of football at the Georgia Dome, going home with our first win for the season. We're going to pretend this past weekend didn't happen. Living vicariously through the pictures of what it feels like to take home the big W, lol.

Have a great day,
