Life's Hacks

Life Hack #114: Use parchment paper anytime you're cooking with sticky items.

I know that's probably why parchment paper was created, but it took me a couple years of being on my own to learn the hard way that trying to scrape off cookie and bread scraps that are stuck on the tray is not fun. I try to be "green" and conscious of the things I use, so I always avoided using the parchment paper if I could, but note to self, and note to everyone who's new to life and cooking, USE the parchment paper. Lol, it's so worth it. Use it to protect your pan/tray from anything and everything, and you'll never have to scrape hardened crumbs off of it again.

Fun idea: Cover tray with parchment paper. Preheat oven to 350. Take tortilla bowl chips, sprinkle with cheddar cheese, throw in the oven for about 10 minutes or long enough to melt the cheese,
and then enjoy with a side of salsa, yum!
