Family Vacation in Nashville: Part 3

Our family is very adventurous. Everywhere we travel, we're always looking for something fun, new, and challenging to try. This trip, we decided to take advantage of some of the water rentals that they had to offer. My sister and I rented a Kayak and my other sister and her friend rented paddle boards. Whichever you dare to choose, are GREAT workouts. Kayaks take some serious teamwork ability to get to where you're trying to go. My sister and I are yelling, "Left, right. No, your other right" lol, it's a lot harder than it looks.

We got pretty far out when we realized how tired our arms were getting. We stopped and gathered for a group picture and watched the sun start to set. I love being out on the water. Although I do have a fear of drowning, the water and ocean are still my "go-to" happy places. There's something so peaceful and relaxing about floating on the water. I love it.

When we had arrived to water rental booth, there were a group of guys in front of us. Apparently one is a famous rapper from ATL, "young buck" I think is what they called him. His friends we're trying to convince the girls to join them on their jet ski's. "No sorry", I said. Mama bear had to step in and protect her cubs. Once we got out on the water, one of the guys rides up close to us on his jet ski asking if we're enjoying our time. In my head I'm thinking, "well we were before you created these tidal waves".

On the way back to shore, we raced to see who could get there first. Feel the burn! I was surprised we didn't wake up with sore arms that next morning.
